are offered to you in an exceptional way on the site of www.theartdesignlab.com

During this exhibition, the designer presented exclusively the latest creations from this fruitful association, including the Brindille vase, the Untouchable and new variations of the Douglas vase.

For more than 13 years now, Azambourg has been conducting occasional intensive experimentation sessions on glass in partnership with the Center International D’art Verrier (CIAV) in Meisenthal. During these sessions, the artist freed himself from the classic production process, going as far as burning a wooden mold which would give birth to the Douglas vase, an object now iconic in the collections published by the CIAV.

In the same vein, the Twig vase freezes forever in the glass the delicate contours of elements drawn from nature. Finally, the Untouchable, as its name suggests, questions the fragility of glass and the paradox between the beauty and the dangerousness of its shards. Each of the pieces presented in the exhibition are singular and unique and express forcefully the energy deployed to bring them to life.

Organized with the THE ART DESIGN LAB gallery, the exhibition also highlighted drawings, sketches and other preparatory work related to the project. Collectors and amateurs will be able to buy these unique vases and designs for sale amounts ranging from 100 to 6,000 euros.
