Florent Coirier

Designer and ceramist, born in Nantes in 1983, he lives and works in Paris. After several collaborations with major design agencies such as the Christophe Pillet studio. Today he works as a freelance for many international publishing houses, such as EMU (it), Modular Lighting Instruments (be), David Design (se), Habitat (fr), Ligne Roset (fr) … His projects were awarded the GOOD DESIGN AWARD by the Chicago Museum and a Reddot award in 2019. He designs simple products, strong in semantics, always practical and functional. Ranging from lighting, furniture, passing by small objects. Formal research through materials and technologies is essential in its project design process. In order to design products that are more and more respectful of our environment and our future lifestyles.
