In 2009 Benjamin Graindorge did a Residence at Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto – Japan. He started his collaboration with Valérie Maltaverne in the YMER & MALTA studio.
From this collaboration 10 of the pieces were acquired by museums and institutions such as the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and the Center Georges Pompidou and two monographic exhibitions were presented: the Habiter exhibition at the Musée Quadrilatère in Beauvais and Design at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Marseilles.
At the same time Benjamin realizes scenography and development projects for Groups like LVMH and Richemont. Currently Benjamin Graindorge and the YMER & MALTA studio are developing a project of a set of design pieces for National Furniture.
