Jeanne Riot

Animated from childhood by the futuristic and furiously ecological aesthetic of René Laloux’s Planète Sauvage and illustrated by Topor, Jeanne decided, very early, to be the megaphone, and perhaps the armed arm, of an ethical design that produces without profusion, too emotional to be old-fashioned. For her, design is anchored above all in a relationship with the sensitive world and with nature, which she likes to explore.

Jeanne Riot graduated from the Boulle School in 2013 with a master’s degree in global design: objects and services. She then follows an internship in reforestation and ecology. Among his most recent achievements: an innovative service and its layout for the Cassel Tourist Office; a service and its “sustainable” connected object for Orange; an innovative service and its “green” Beauty area for Carrefour; the animation of a prospective seminar for 2030 for CNES and SDS; ecological furniture, …

With Studio Riot, she realizes objects and services to facilitate the daily life of users, take care of the environment and put brands in the spotlight.
His commitment is as artistic as it is political: to pursue the dream of inhabiting the world without damaging it, by imagining a “sensible” design and “care”; with the useful, the durable and the beautiful as finalities. Only efficient, practical, comfortable, pleasant, simple and poetic objects and services will be able to seduce without tiring, and will therefore be likely to be used, liked and preserved.
